Dear DNI Customer,

Deterministic Networks, Inc. (DNI) was acquired by Citrix Systems, Inc. on March 27, 2008.

Effective immediately, the DNI networking products are commercially retired and no longer available for sale. These products are NetworkJustice FairShare (FairShare), NetworkJustice Bandwidth Bank (Bandwidth Bank) and NetworkJustice Traffic Analyzer (NTA or Traffic Analyzer). There will be no further revisions of these products, and therefore software maintenance agreements will not be renewed. Customers with current software maintenance agreements will be supported until their contract term expires.

The DNI OEM toolkits will no longer be offered for sale; however, existing customers with valid software maintenance agreements will continue to be supported. These toolkits or SDK’s include the Deterministic Network Extender (DNE), Application Filter (AppFilt), Redirector Filter Proxy (RFProxy) and L2TP/Tunneling Toolkit (L2TP).
